After more than a month of safety production month activities, after fierce preliminaries and final competitions, the Suzhou NTCAC 2021 safety knowledge contest was successfully completed.

June 2021 is the 20th safe production month in the country. In order to further do a good job in safe production, improve the safety awareness of employees, and successfully achieve the company’s annual safety production goals, the Suzhou NTCAC Safety Committee combines the company’s production and operation and safety production practices. Strengthen publicity and create atmosphere
1) At the beginning of June, 4 publicity banners on safe production were announced in the factory and workshops, creating a strong atmosphere of safe production month in a short time; on the morning of June 8, Suzhou NTCAC held the “Safe Production Month” Mobilize the meeting and make arrangements to strengthen work safety during the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
2) The display screen, WeChat official account, and the internal “Enabling Academy” website of the Dingding system update the slogans, articles, safety publicity, knowledge training, etc. on the theme of Safety Production Month, and carry out safety production knowledge competitions simultaneously.
3) The company’s safety management personnel and safety leaders actively responded to the call of the district government’s activities. For the new safety production law, the newly issued regulations in the province were first learned and recognized; at the same time, NTCAC joined the park safety production alliance and became a member of the alliance director Units and the safety field have a broader understanding. The governing units learn from each other and support the participation in various salons and learning activities for safety production.
4) The “Production Safety News” produced by the Production Management Department made a special report, published some questions and answers on production safety knowledge and related content, and strengthened the safety education of employees.

1) Special training. Conduct emergency drills and special trainings for employees on electric shocks, temporary water and power outages, network security, etc., to improve safety skills.

Safety inspection, hidden danger rectification
1) Early to mid-June is the workshop (department) internal safety inspection and rectification period, and each department of the workshop will conduct safety inspections and rectify hidden dangers by themselves.
2) In late June, the safety committee organized the company’s major production safety inspection, and severely penalized the departments that found major problems during the inspection.
3) Carry out special safety inspections for the related infrastructure projects, and supervise the safety production of construction units.
4) Carry out special safety inspections on leasing units.
5) Carry out the “Safety Hazard Snapshot Activity” The aim is to organize and mobilize employees to base themselves on their posts, use the lens to investigate hidden dangers and promote safety, manage hazards and maintain health, realize the transition from “I want to be safe” to “I want to be safe” and “I will be safe”, and inspire the majority of employees to pay attention to safety Production, participate in safety management, establish the concept of front-line safety production of enterprises and employees, mutual benefit and win-win promotion of development, and create a good atmosphere of “care for safety and caring for life”.
Participate online, pay attention to the QR code released within the company, and directly release the news. For offline recommendation, employees fill out the “Reasonable Suggestion Evaluation Form”, and the quality department is responsible for the implementation of specific tasks.
Comprehensive deployment and implementation results
1) On June 3, NTCAC employee representatives participated in the “Man and Nature Harmonious Symbiosis” environmental protection knowledge competition in the park, covering environmental related laws and regulations, corporate environmental management methods, etc.
2) On June 23rd, he was awarded the honorary title of “Safe Enterprise” Advanced Collective (issued by the Political and Legal Committee of the CPC Suzhou Industrial Park Working Committee, Suzhou Industrial Park Branch of the Suzhou Public Security Bureau).
