Therefore, the SONGZ R&D team set up a project to tackle the key problem. No matter what harsh environment, our electric air conditioner must operate efficiently, reliably and stably! On the basis of the existing mature platform products, through optimizing the system design, the development of an electric air conditioner that can meet the thermal load in the car at the extreme high temperature has been completed.
At the end of 2020, the SONGZ high-efficiency and high-temperature electric air-conditioning unit successfully passed the test, and all indicators met the design requirements. The unit satisfies the heat load requirements of the vehicle at a high temperature of 50°C, with a maximum cooling capacity of 29kw and an optimal overall energy efficiency ratio of 2.42; The crew can also operate stably under high load at a high temperature of 55°C, ensuring a comfortable travel environment for passengers even in hot weather.

1. Optimized design on SONGZ mature SIEMA1 platform, with high generalization and high reliability;

2. More diverse functions, integrated battery thermal management, full climate response to vehicle and battery needs;

3. EMC can pass the class3 test of GB/T 18655 standard, and can pass EU standard certification;

4. Using permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion compressor with higher energy efficiency ratio, and adaptive frequency conversion adjustment to reduce operating energy consumption;

5. The system adopts a unique high-temperature and high-pressure multi-level safety protection design to ensure safe and reliable operation of the product under extreme high temperatures;

6. The unique system high temperature matching design challenges the limit of refrigeration operation, and can operate efficiently and reliably even at high ambient temperature.
