Xiamen SONGZ IATF16949 quality management system audit work began on April 28, 2021, and ended successfully on May 1.
At the first meeting of the audit on April 28, the audit team leader gave an opening brief on the initial audit of Xiamen SONGZ. Mr. Liu Yong, deputy general manager of Xiamen Songzhi, spoke on behalf of Xiamen SONGZ. Welcome the audit teacher to Xiamen SONGZ for audit guidance. At the same time, Ms. Xiang Aina, the group system manager, and Mr. Chen Guisong, the system engineer of the bus business department, are welcome to support the audit of Xiamen SONGZ, and all departments and functional sections must fully cooperate with the audit work.
IATF16949 audit first meeting
In 3 and a half days, the teachers of the audit team first communicated with the company’s senior management in terms of organizational environment, risk management and control, business planning, and resource conditions. During the review process, all the terms and 22 processes of IATF16949-2016 were reviewed as planned, and the workshops and warehouses were confirmed on-site. A one-to-one review and communication were conducted with the person in charge of each process.

At the final meeting on May 1, the audit teacher believed that Xiamen SONGZ had and met the management level of the IATF16949 system, highly recognized the Xiamen factory’s automotive air-conditioning manufacturing capabilities, and submitted the audit opinions to the TUV organization.
Finally, Mr. Liu Yong, the deputy general manager, expressed his gratitude to the audit teachers for their hard work in the past few days, and at the same time asked all departments to continuously improve the problems found by the teachers during the audit process and continuously improve the quality management system.
