Last winter and this spring, an unpredictable pneumonia epidemic swept the world. In the face of this sudden “epidemic” of war, SONGZ Group did not stop its own pace, and actively opened work during COVID-19, always implementing the principle of customer first.
In the case that the cooperative enterprise cannot install electric bus air conditioners independently, SONGZ Group always adheres to being with the needs of customers, serves them with heart, and solves problems for customers’ worries. To this end, we don’t care at all costs, and apply for visas through layer-by-layer approval during COVID-19, and dispatch two outstanding staff Marx and Jack to Vietnam to conduct overseas on-site installation and commissioning guidance.
On September 5th, the SONGZ team officially set off for Vietnam. In the early hours of the morning, they arrived in Hanoi and entered the isolation point for isolation and nucleic acid testing. The next day, they got in touch with the Vietnamese project manager and held a video conference to discuss and coordinate future work arrangements.
On September 21, after a 14-day quarantine, the SONGZ team officially put into specific work. It took three days to complete the installation of an air conditioner. The air conditioner was originally scheduled to be debugged in the afternoon. As a result, problems with the vehicle’s internal wiring harness and battery system occurred when the power was turned on, and continuous inspection and adjustment were carried out.
On September 28, after four days of inspection and adjustment, although the problem was not solved, the problem has been initially found (the wiring harness needs to be replaced) with the unremitting efforts and rich experience of the SONGZ team. The second day Wire harness arrives, the installation is completed and the power is successfully turned on, and the air conditioner officially starts the commissioning phase. And the body of the second car is ready, ready to install air conditioning on the 30th. In addition, the installation of the third and fourth air conditioners was coordinated with the Vietnamese project manager to allow factory personnel to install them themselves.
On October 16, Vietnam’s first electric bus was officially tested. That is the first electric bus in this factory and will enter the museum exhibition. SONGZ Group’s professional services and professionalism have been unanimously affirmed by customers.
On the second day, the SONGZ team retired after winning merit, carried out nucleic acid testing in Hanoi, and obtained a certificate of returning to China. Two days later, the SONGZ team arrived in Guangzhou safely and was quarantined for 14 days in Zengcheng, Guangzhou. In mid-November, the SONGZ team went back to the company formally and started new work.
During the overseas work period, the SONGZ team has the courage to take on responsibility, fearlessly retrograde, keep the mission in mind, practice the company philosophy and always implements the principle of customer first.
