In order to give full play to the excellent tradition of “passing, helping and leading” of Suzhou NTCAC professionals and experienced management personnel, continuously improve the core competitiveness, organizational efficiency, and scientific and technological innovation capabilities, promote the growth of outstanding young people, and cultivate middle and basic management reserve talents for the company. On June 23, the signing ceremony of the Suzhou NTCAC Tutoring and Teaching Project (the first batch) was held in the training room on the third floor of the company.

The mentor-led teaching project (the first batch) consists of 12 mentors within NTCAC. Including general manager Mr. Li Li, deputy general manager Mr. Yu Zhongping, Mr. Sun Yifeng, and many other management cadres. The first batch of trainees is 14 people, involving trainees from marketing, technology, supply, production, management, and other departments. At the signing ceremony, Tan Xiaosong, Minister of the Comprehensive Management Department, first introduced the NTCAC mentor teaching project and implementation plan to all staff. It is hoped that through this teaching plan, a first-class talent team will be built to support transformation and upgrading, help update and iterate organizational capabilities, and meet the market And business challenges.
