On Jun. 8th, SONGZ group has celebrated its 20 anniversary in SONGZ HQ, at the same time witnessed the opening ceremony of the Climatic Wind Tunnel.
Several car manufacturers in China have attended the ceremony, include SANY, BMW China, SAIC MOTORS, NIO and etc.
The climatic wind tunnel center is located in SONGZ HQ, which covers an area of 1,650 m2 and has an investment of USD20,000,000. It was officially put into use in June 2018, and its technical level is leading domestically.
The wind tunnel center integrated the defrosting automatic surveying and mapping system for the first time in China. Based on high-definition photography and image processing technology, the defrosting area was measured and calculated in real time, which effectively improved the test efficiency. It is also the first climatic wind tunnel that integrates 60 kW DC fast charging piles, which provides a powerful guarantee for the development of new energy vehicle battery thermal management systems.
