Experience sharing, ability improvement

With the gradual transformation and upgrading of SONGZ’s products and business, in order to build sustainable competitiveness and improve the leadership ability of middle-level cadres, the opening ceremony of the “Songzhizhu” leadership enhancement executive education project was held in the training classroom on Zhuanxing Road on June 18 It was held to promote the talent training mechanism of senior management and build the mainstay of SONGZ.

In the first phase of senior management, 16 senior executives at the director level and above acted as instructors, including group president Mr. Ji Ankang, vice president Mr. Cui Changhai, Mr. Li Gang, Dr. Huang Guoqiang, Mr. Li Li, Mr. Chen Rui and business department The general manager Mr. Xie Hao and many other executives. There are 25 students in the first period.

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Yin Jinhua, the head of the human resources department, gave a brief introduction to the project goals, project process and staged counseling tasks.

Then 16 groups of tutors and trainees signed contracts in turn, became friends with teachers and students, and promised to devote themselves to each other, teach and teach each other.

Finally, Mr. Ji Ankang, President of the Group, shared a leadership course and pointed out that there is no standard answer to leadership. Different stages of enterprise development have different requirements for leadership. Leadership needs to match the organization and closely integrate with the status quo of the enterprise. Through the sharing of leadership cases, the participants will be inspired to inspire more in-depth thinking.
