Bus Air Conditioning

SONGZ Bus Air Conditioning output has been leading in China for consecutive 10 years, with market share about 37% in Chinese market. The products range covers more than 300 series AC of Inner mounted for minibus, roof mounted for bus, coach, articulated bus, rear mounted for double decker bus, electric bus AC.

The cover is made of SMC, with streamline appearance, match well with the appearance of the bus.
The evaporator and condenser two sides can be opened easily, convenient for service and maintenance.
In recent years, we are also dedicated in the development of Bus thermal management, like ATS (Auto temperature control cooling system of engine) and and heating systems. This two seats installed with SONGZ self developed and designed thermal management products, with heating function.
This one the JLD series Electric Bus Air Conditioning for 10-12m electric bus.
SONGZ took the lead in establishing Shanghai new energy automobile air conditioning engineering technology research center to overcome the technical problems of frequency conversion technology adapted to the special requirements of electric bus air conditioning power supply and PLC technology to realize frequency conversion control of air conditioning, and successfully developed JLD series electric bus air conditioning products. The series of products have been rapidly recognized by the market due to their characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, light weight, frequency conversion control, low noise, etc. the core technology has applied for three national patents and obtained authorization. it was recognized as a high-tech achievement transformation project in Shanghai in June 2012, and won the national key new product certificate in September 2013. In October 2013, SONGZ won the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Minhang district.

Rail Vehicle Air Conditioning
In 2009, the air conditioning division of rail vehicles was established to seize the air conditioning market of rail transit vehicles with the advantage of technological innovation. Armed with IRIS(International Railway Industry Standard), CRCC(China Railway Test & Certification Center), EN 15085(Certificate on Welding of Railway Vehicles and Components), ISO 3834 (international welding accreditation certificate)and other professional qualification certification, SONGZ has become an important air conditioning supplier of China railway corporation, Sifang corporation, zhuji corporation, Dalian locomotive company, Nanjing puzhen vehicle company, Alstom and other international rail vehicle enterprises.

Truck Refrigeration Units:
In 2011, SONGZ and CIMC jointly established supercool, professional research and development, production of refrigeration units and cold chain refrigeration equipment. According to the demand of refrigerator truck, developed a variety of products that meet the characteristics of refrigeration, freeze and preservation.

New energy air conditioning and compressor
The new energy automobile model simulates 14 new energy thermal management operation modes, can realize different operation modes under different temperature environments and different driving speeds, and is expressed by the color of a lamp tube and the frequency of light flashing; and the internal automobile air conditioning parts such as a battery pack, an air conditioning box assembly, a condenser, a cooler and the like are independently developed and produced by SONGZ.
